Bonnie Helpenstell

I came to love photography while watching my Grandmother share her slides of the many lands that she visited throughout the United States and the world. She took me places I’d never go and gave me a glimpse into what she believed to be wondrous and beautiful with her eyes and heart, and with her photographs.

My camera has provided me with a delightful way to capture and create memories of our busy lives and growing family over the years. Two years ago however, a change in my health required me slow down. Fortunately, at the same time as my world became smaller my husband Eric doubled the size of our garden.

I can walk only a few paces from our front porch and become enveloped in the beautiful gifts of nature.

I now welcome the opportunity to share my view of beauty and wonder just as my Grandmother did so many years ago.

You are invited go to my website and select your favorite of my photos as a single reproduction or as a collage of your choosing.
