About the Event

Mark your calendar for the Eleventh Annual CARDV Mother's Day Run/Walk for Safe Families! The event features a family friendly 5K run/walk and a Fun Walk course on which participants may walk one or two miles. Strollers are welcome on all courses.

NEW this year, a race just for the kids! Children under 8 years of age are always free, but this year we are adding a special race just for them. All child participants will receive a participation ribbon (registration requirements apply).

Kids of all ages will enjoy the Family Fun Fair, and this year's prize raffle is sure to generate excitement. Proceeds from the event benefit the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence. Funds raised are used to sustain CARDV's shelter program, advocacy services to victims of domestic and sexual violence, and CARDV's community education program.

Location & Course Information

Festivities are staged in the parking lot at Second Street and Western Boulevard in downtown Corvallis
Winding through beautiful Pioneer and Avery Parks, the run is a flat 5K out and back
Enjoy Corvallis' Riverfront Park while completing a 1-mile, 2-mile, or 5K walk
Water and refreshments are available for participants at the finish line

5K Run course map
