Staffed 24 hours-a-day, CARDV's hotline is available to provide support, information, safety planning and other resources to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, as well as so their supporters.

  • Help for victims/survivors/concerned persons

  • Hospital advocacy, 24-hour hospital accompaniment for victims of sexual assault
  • Legal/court advocacy, information about restraining orders and other legal options

Restraining Order Assistance

The restraining order packet often takes more than the allotted time to complete. We encourage you to contact us to meet beforehand to complete the paperwork and answer any questions you may have. We provide a variety of services and assistance with your restraining or stalking order. Please note: we are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or council.

Assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
